Need a ride to the doctor, dentist, therapist, pharmacist, grocery store or Lopez ferry landing? Door-to-door service is being provided daily by volunteers in the emission-free blue Leaf.
Look for us on the road displaying the IslandRides name and contact number 360.317.3107. Just phone or email IslandRidesLopez@gmail.com to schedule next-day service from 11 am-3 pm. The vehicle was donated so the trip is $3 or free as you choose. Delivery of groceries or other supplies to your home is also available.
Safety precautions will include mask-wearing, no physical contact with driver, screening both driver and rider for current health status, seating location, hand sanitizer and frequent cleaning of car surfaces.
